Clem Stephenson scores his twenty first goal in twenty three games as Villa win for the fourteenth time in nineteen games.
Villa extend their unbeaten run to seven and make it thirteen wins, four draws and ten defeats in their twenty seven division one games this season.
Villa's latest win lifts them to joint 7th in the table - their highest position of the season to date.
Villa hand their nineteenth debut in twenty nine matches to midfielder Jack Pendleton aged 23 after his arrival from South Liverpool.
