Jack played for Villa in 1919-20 making 6 appearances.
Jack was born in Liverpool in August 1896 and he made his debut appearance for Villa on 11 February 1920 aged 22. Villa had signed Jack from South Liverpool.
Jack made all 6 of his Villa appearances in the league and so did not play n that seasonโs successful FA Cup campaign including playing in the FA Cup Final victory over Huddersfield Town in front of a crowd of 50,018 at Stamford Bridge.
Indeed Jackโs last game came on 1 May 1920 in the final game of the season before moving on to Wigan Borough in August 1921.
Jack played under the George Ramsay led Management Committee.
Jack passed away in Lancaster in 1955 aged 59.
