Villa face Forest for the second successive game, losing once again, this time to exit the FA Cup at the 1st Round stage but Villa dominate the second half without scoring despite injuries to George Reeves and Chris Buckley hamstringing the visitors almost from the off.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Len Skiller, 25, made his second and final appearance for Villa both of which had come against Forest, both of which had been losses, before moving on to Swindon Town in July 1909.
