Len was born in Penzance on 11th December 1883 and made his debut appearance for Villa at the age of 25 on the 9th January 1909.
Villa had signed Len from Leyton in September 1908. Lenโs second and final appearance came just a week later on 16th January 1909 before Len moved on to Swindon Town in July 1909.
Len was the 23rd custodian of the Villa goal in League and Cup football.
Lenโs 2 games for Villa saw him concede 4 goals, at a ratio of 2 goals per game and fail to keep a clean sheet, losing both games.
