Villa lose for the eighth time in twelve as Jack Palethorpe hits a consolation in Villa's third seven goal thrashing in sixteen games.
But the scoreline, at least in the first half, was highly misleading as "they had more of the game and the Arsenal goalmouth was frequently the scene of anxious situations."
Villa now have a single clean sheet in 25 games under Jimmy McMullan.
