Norman was born in Kings Heath, just 6 miles from Villa Park, on 11 March 1907 and made his debut appearance for Villa on the 14 September 1935 aged 28.
Villa had signed Norman from Redditch Town aged 19.
Norman made 9 appearances under Jimmy McMullan in Villaโs relegation season as they finished 21st.
Norman would subsequently moved on to Barnsley in July 1936 having played his last game for Villa on 7 December 1935.
Norman passed away in 1980 aged 73.
