TEENAGE goalkeeper lan Walker had Tottenham's fans drooling again at Villa Park. And after his third consecutive clean sheet they are beginning to believe he will become as big a hit as the peerless Pat Jennings. Walker, the 19-year-old currently keeping Norwegian star Erik Thorstvedt out of the side, has already wowed the fans this season with a one-handed catch in the heat of the match at Nottingham Forest the kind of save that was almost a trade mark of former Spurs and Northern Ireland legend Jennings. Walker didn't need such showmanship this time, but he still caught everything Villa could throw at him with a confidence that bordered on arrogance. Villa ran the game and Spurs' £3m strike force of Gary Lineker and Gordon Durie hardly got a kick. Villa manager Ron Atkinson could not be challenged when he declared: “For passing and control it was our best performance of the season." But Walker stopped it being a winning one as well with a 73rd minute save that defied Shaun Teale's close range header.
