Forest open the scoring against the run of play at the City Ground despite Villa's makeshift forward line having made all the running but Joe Bache scores his second hat-trick of the season to make it six in three games as Villa hammer Forest.
Villa bounce back from their first home defeat of the season to hammer Forest and to make it nine wins, three draws and five losses in seventeen Division one games so far this season.
Meanwhile, winger Albert Hall made a goalscoring debut for Villa aged 21 after moving from Stourbridge in July 1903 and full back Freddie Miles made his Villa first appearance aged 19 after moving from Aston St. Mary’s in July 1902.
