MATCH SUMMARY
Villa concede five for the second successive game but the match proves very different at Elland Road as Villa fight back twice to equalise before three late Leeds goals end Villa's resistance. Meanwhile the Evening Mail are presumably skipping in joy as they can put the knife in even further despite the hypocrisy of admitting beneath the headline that Villa aren't going down.
KEY MAN
Kent Nielsen, scored the first equaliser.

"I felt fit and fresh.
“Obviously, this is another disappointing result.
“But we have to think positively and that means going out to win our last two games."
David Platt.

VILLA remain dangerously close to the danger area after losing the points at Elland Road yesterday.
Leeds went ahead in the 23rd minute when, in attempting to cut out a cross by McAllister, Villa defender Price turned the ball into his own net.
Four minutes later Villa equalised when Nielsen scored with a powerful drive from 15 yards.
Leeds went into a 2-1 lead in the 37th minute when Chapman headed in his 28th goal of the season,
A free kick by Stertand found Whyte and he nodded the bail on to Chapman for the big Leeds striker to score a simple goal.
The visitors drew level in the 55th minute. From a corner by Cowans the ball took a deflection off a Leeds defender and Villa's Mountfield was on the spot to beat Lukic from close range.
Further goals by Whyte, Shutt and Chapman gave Leeds the points in a game in which they looked all at ease.
