"We have to work like we have the last year but especially the last two months. After our poor start, the players [have been] involved with me in the demands I have and am trying to set in the squad about how we want to work and how we can get our consistency. The players have responded fantastically.
"The challenge is to win each match. Everything we did is done and we must be focused on the next match only. How we are managing players is very important because we must feel collectively [in order] to perform how we are doing.
“[The opposition] are performing very, very well away. At home, they are having more problems. If you study how they are performing with the new coach last year to this year, I think they are getting better. They have very good players. We are ready but we respect them."
