“We played 27 matches, everything we did is done, and now, how we are performing, how we are getting individual and collective performance, how we are showing our energy, our wishes, and how we can share with our supporters, I am so, so motivated for the next match tomorrow, and for the next matches after tomorrow.
“Very difficult. And why? We can remember the match we played here at home, against them.
“With Rob Edwards, the coach, it was his second or third match coaching Wolverhampton, and we won. We didn’t deserve to win.
“They performed fantastic and they played a fantastic game. I remember it. And why? Because they lost some matches, the same against us, they didn’t deserve.
“At home against Bournemouth, against Chelsea, two penalties in 20 minutes for Chelsea, and some not clear penalties for me, and the consequence was the result.
“And the last match they played at home against Arsenal, they drew, against the best team in the Premier League, and maybe in the world this year.
“And last week, against Crystal Palace away, they lost (in) the last minute, one player less because they had one red card, but they played (a) fantastic game, and they deserved more.
“Everything we analysing of them makes not an easy match, feel not an easy match and feeling as well, for them and for us it’s a derby, because we are both here in Premier League for a long time, and close here, and we can feel it as a derby.
“And they are playing at home with their supporters, and they will feel the necessary match for them to show their capacity against us.
“I think they don’t need it (a reminder). They know how much we will play tomorrow, how the difficult match we are going to play tomorrow.
“And why? We are here together three years and a half. We draw one match against them, and we lost two matches against them. Three matches we played here together, we lost.
“And I played even seven or eight years ago, and I lost, and I was losing 3-0 in 30 minutes. My experience was so, so poor experience there, playing against Wolverhampton with good results. I didn’t achieve good results, playing four times there.

"We are definitely expecting a competitive match. Wolves are playing fresh at the moment, despite being at the bottom of the table. They are playing tactically offensive and individually in defence also. They are a demanding team for their opponent. We are ready, but we expect a difficult match.
"The only one [with an issue] is Tyrone Mings because he has a niggle, but he is on the bench."

"Disappointing. We didn't do anywhere near enough to create chances and score goals. We controlled the game in parts; it was not all doom and gloom. But we did not create enough chances.
"They are at home and are a good team, despite their position. They grew into the game and had their moments. In the first half, we managed them as well as we could, but they had a spell on top. We did not do enough.
"It does weigh on us, but it shouldn't. We deserve to be here, and we should not forget that. Our run lately has not been as good as usual, but that is the battle of the Premier League. We are going to get back to our good run of wins.
"There are no excuses. We have players who are fit. We strive to win every game, but we are still third in the table. This is where we want to be.
"We set our standards high, and we have the ability to win every game. Obviously, that is not realistic, but we are playing good football as a whole, and there is nothing to worry about."
