“As a team, we played well, we created a lot of opportunities. I should have scored probably two more if I’m really honest, but it’s a good feeling.

“We had to be focused. They’re not a bad team, and we had to do what we can do, and I think we did. We created a lot of chances first half and even second half to get a bigger score.

“We have to go game by game. Of course, Premier League is a big competition, but this is also a very big competition for us.

“ To be honest, I go into games to play my football and be bright. I’m a faithful man and I play for God.

“I just want to play my football and enjoy every step on the pitch and in the stadium.

“I thought we controlled the game well.

“Towards the end, I think we were a little bit sloppy with the ball, we lost the ball quite easily a few times, and after the goal they got a little bit of energy and tried to get the equaliser.

“That’s something we can’t allow. We have to keep focused for 90 minutes and make sure we end the game.

“If you score a third goal, that’s game over and their energy can drop a little bit and we can control it a little bit better.

“I think we can be a little bit more ruthless and try to score a third goal and make it easier for ourselves.

“But if you look at the game, I think we controlled most of it, and deserved the three points.

“I’m very, very happy.

“All of the guys and everyone working around the club have welcomed me in the best way.
