"It is tough to come here and they are aggressive in the press. We stayed as a team and scored two goals and we have to stay tough with each other. We are really happy we got the win.
"I am happy to teg some minutes and keep the rhythm up. I just try to give my best. I am still learning and happy to be at Villa. Hopefully, many more minutes to come.
"He [Emi Buendia] came from a long injury so I am happy to have him back here on the scoresheet and hopefully he can score plenty for us this season."

"It was good and what I need to be more often, get in the box. Fortunately, the deflection came to me and I tried to head it as far as possible over the goalkeeper.
"[It is a] really special night. To come back and play for this club. I really love this football club so today to have the cup tie and to help the team with the goal is an amazing experience.
"We have a really big squad as we showed today. We have an amazing academy and today was a chance to show our quality. We try to play our game and keep going in our philosophy and we got the win.
“It's an amazing feeling to be back on the team and to be playing again from the start.
"It means a lot. I spent many long months fighting for this moment. It was a really hard process and really hard injury.
"I've tried to prepare myself as good as possible and today I could help the team again."
