Villa lose in frustrating circumstances once again as they lose three in a row having lost just once in their previous eight.
Although their defeats to date had been more than a little unfortunate, their loss to Manchester United was on another level. Villa, leading, far ahead of the opposition, concede four in seven minutes to lose for the fourth time in five.
It is Villa's first home defeat of 1951-52 as they drop to joint 7th alongside their next opponents Tottenham.
