Frank Broome scores for the second successive game as Villa extend their unbeaten run to eight as they beat Stoke at Villa Park.
From the first minute Villa pummel Stoke with aplomb as shot after shot rains down on the Stoke goal but what takes the attention is the curious performance of referee Tucker who refuses or ignores two valid penalty appeals in the first and second half.
Villa record a fifth win in seven and their eleventh top flight victory in nineteen and make it fifteen wins, seven draws and eleven defeats in thirty three division one games so far this season.
