“I think we were under par.
“I don’t think we performed at our best and at our level. I said that to the boys in there.
“In the first game, we spoke about how we thought in the first half against them, we had too many 6/10s.
“I wanted 8/10 performances from the players today, and I think we had players who underperformed to their potential with their performance.
“If we look at the three goals, in particular, we’ve conceded over both legs, they’re all avoidable. They’ve been mistakes from us.
“The game’s about both boxes. We want to try and control and dominate the game, in between both boxes. We didn’t do that well enough over the two legs.
“And then, (we) haven’t been ruthless enough in both boxes. Disappointed with the manner of the chances that we conceded, not only the goals, and there’s some work to do. “If you put your developmental hat on, it’s been a fantastic experience, even with the first game in Albania.
“These are a top European academy. They produce players, they’re well respected in the footballing world, throughout Europe.
“As we’ve spoken about previously, they’ve got some good individuals. Technically and tactically, they’ve got a good way.
“I just thought they had a little bit more intensity, a little bit more punch than us, this evening.
“Certainly, the first 15 minutes of the first half, we weathered it well, and then the start of the second half was probably totally them, in terms of territory and control.
“They jumped on us and made it very, very difficult, so we need to be better at weathering those moments of intensity.
“But take nothing away from them, they’re a top team, and have got some very, very good individuals.”
