Having ⚽ scored four and 🔥 made five goals in his 🕒 last four games there are welcome rumours that Withe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 is about to be offered a new contract to keep him at the club for another three years.

Midfielder Dennis Mortimer 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 makes his first appearance as a 🔁 substitute after 405 starts in what proves to be his fianl game for the club whom he lead to League and European Cup glory.

Far less positive things could be said about Turner who whether unable, unwilling or both to keep the old guard, is now also having troubles with even the newest of recruits.

Centre back Steve Foster 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 27 makes just his 17th and final appearance in a Villa shirt before moving on to Luton Town in November for £70,000 just six months after Villa had paid Brighton & Hove Albion £150,000 for his services.
