Villa compete in Premier League 2, a League of 29 teams, playing 20 games. The top 12 qualify for the Elimination Play-Offs Round of 16 and the Premier League International Cup. Thirteenth to sixteenth qualify for the Elimination Play-Offs Round of 16. Seventeenth to twenty-fourth qualify for the Professional Development League Play-Offs. Regular Season Champions and Play-Off Champions are recognised.

Villa compete in the u18 Premier League, with 26 teams split regionally into North and South leagues.  Teams face their regional opponents both home and away before the winners from each League enter a play-off to determine the national champion.

Villa also contest the UEFA Youth League (u21s), Birmingham Senior Cup (u21s), EFL Trophy (u21s) and FA Youth Cup (u18s).
