Villa compete in the Premier Reserve League South, a League of 8 teams, playing 14 games, home and away.

Teams also faced all 8 teams from the Northern division; however, this would be on a home-or-away basis.

The champions take part in a one-off post-season play-off game against the winners of a play-off between the two Reserve League North champions.
