Pat played for Villa between 1949-50 and 1949-50 making 4 appearances.

Pat was born in Dublin, Ireland on 4 December 1927 and made his debut appearance for Villa on Saturday, 14 January 1950 at the age of 22.

Villa had signed Pat from Shamrock Rovers in November 1949.

A tenacious tackler who was quick on the ball, Pat was able to acquit himself both as a back and a centre half.

Pat went on to play 4 consecutive games in January and February 1950 before playing his final game on Saturday, 4 February 1950.

Pat returned to Shamrock Rovers in May 1951 without making another appearance for Villa.

Pat had played under manager Alex Massie.

Pat passed away on 1 January 2003 aged 75.
