Defender Nacer Abdellah | 🇲🇦 | (3 March 1966), a footballer from Morocco 🇲🇦, signed for Aston Villa on a short-term trial under Ron Atkinson following the 1994 USA World Cup. Abdellah had featured for Morocco against both Belgium and Saudi Arabia in USA 94. Abdellah, 28, was unsuccessful in his trial, and he moved shortly afterwards to CD Orense before retiring from football in 2004, having played for KV Mechelen 🇧🇪, KSV Bornem 🇧🇪, Lommel SK 🇧🇪, Cercle Brugge 🇧🇪, KSV Waregem 🇧🇪, CD Orense, FC Den Bosch, Telstar and KACM Marrakech. Abdellah would return to KV Mechelen before a short spell with city rivals KRC Mechelen ahead of his retirement.
