Lewis Kinsella

Lewis Kinsella, a left back for the club, appeared as an unused substitute on 3 occasions during Villa’s 2014-15 Premier League campaign.

Lewis was born in Watford on 2 September 1994

Villa had signed Lewis from Arsenal in July 2011 and he was promoted to the first team squad by Tim Sherwood.

Sherwood named Lewis in three consecutive squads for the FA Cup Quarter Final with West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, 7 March 2015, and the Premier League games with Sunderland and Swansea City on Saturday, 14 March 2015 and Saturday, 21 March 2015.

During the 2015-16 season Kinsella was not named by either Sherwood or his successor Rémi Garde in any match-day squads and he was sent out on loan by Garde to Kidderminster Harriers from February 2016 to the end of the 2015-16 season.

Villa released Kinsella and he moved on to Colchester United in July 2016 on a free transfer aged 21.
