“The referee was going to caution him and he refused to give him his name. It has taken me by surprise. I have never seen Mclnally like this.
"The referee was totally right.
“There is no defence for McInally whatsoever.
“He is letting himself down and the game.
"Now we are going to lose him for two matches in a fortnight's time Just as we were getting some kind of blend."
