Villa compete in Premier League 2 Division Two, a League of 12 teams, playing 22 games, home and away. The Champions are promoted to Division One. Second to fifth compete in a play-off for the second promotion place. The season, however, is not completed due to COVID-19.

Villa compete in the u18 Premier League, with 24 teams split regionally into North and South leagues.  Teams face their regional opponents both home and away before the winners from each League enter a play-off to determine the national champion.

Villa also contest the Premier League Cup (u21s), EFL Trophy (u21s) and FA Youth Cup (u18s).
