Percy was born in Clutton, Somerset on 25 November 1906 and made his debut appearance for Villa on the 15 September 1930 aged 23.
Villa had signed Percy from Bath City in May 1928 and he was the 41st custodian of the Villa goal in League and Cup football.
In his 14 appearances, Percy conceded 29 goals at a ratio of 2.07 goals per game whilst keeping 3 clean sheets.
Percy played his last game for Villa on 17 January 1931 ahead of his move to Blackpool in August 1932.
Percy had played under the Billy Smith led Management Committee.
Percy passed away in Griffithstown on 19th December 1985 aged 79.
