Villa had signed Harry from West Bromwich Albion for £250 in February 1905.

Harry made all his appearances for Villa in league football and he made his final appearance on 14th March 1906 in the 4-1 away win at Manchester City. Harry moved on to Nottingham Forest.

Harry played under the George Ramsay led Management Committee.

Harry passed away in West Bromwich on 12th September 1942 aged 64.
