Arthur Elston

Arthur was born in Liverpool on 1st July 1882 and made his sole appearance as a 23 year old on the 28th February 1906.
Villa had signed Arthur from Liverpool Leek FC in April 1905 and he was to subsequently move on to Portsmouth alongside Joe Hisbent in September 1906.
Arthur played under the George Ramsey led Management Committee.
Arthur passed away in 1950 aged 68.
