"Our defence went for their usual early game nap and they might well have been punished again for some of their sloppy errors.
"But youngsters are bound to make mistakes at some stage or other and they did well to come back to take both points. They cannot be faulted on that score.
"The trouble was that some of them were trying to be too clever on the ball, showing off their skills, and this left several Chelsea players with space in which to raid."
