A Derek Pace inspired Villa (first appearance of the season) are four nil up at half time despite missing a host of chances with top scorer Peter McParland being the biggest culprit as they record their first home victory against Leicester in over 20 years.
Eric Houghton's Villa bounce back from a fifth defeat in nine to record Villa's biggest win of the season to date as Leicester are dispatched with ease at Villa Park to make it three wins, two draws and five defeats in ten division one games this season.
